This course (workshop) is designed to provide the knowledge base to build and maintain Voice over IP networks for technical personnel, managers, engineering staff and support staff. At the completion of the course, the student will be able to trace a call through the network from PSTN or IP phone to PSTN or IP Phone. The student will gain the knowledge
to deal with a variety of routers and firewalls they will encounter on a day to day basis in the VoIP World and allow them to proficiently build VoIP applications.
For those with limited TCP/IP or Telecom knowledge, there is a ½ day primer session immediately preceding the course to bring the student up to date with the required knowledge in these areas.
